What is Playcaller?

Is Playcaller free?

Yes. Quick Drive is free, and everyone gets 5 new drives a day. Replaying a drive you already played that day is free. Any Iron plan unlocks unlimited drives and the full Playcaller call sheet.

Where do the drives come from?

Every drive is a real situation from a real college football game, with the same score, clock, timeouts and field position. Rosters, ratings and rules match that season. Browse by team, conference or story, from rivalry finishes to overtime.

How are plays decided?

Each snap is drawn from real college football plays, reweighted by Iron's team ratings and by how your call matches the defensive look. Nothing is scripted, so the same call can work once and fail the next time.

How is my play calling graded?

Grades judge the decision, not the result. Each call is compared with every legal option at that spot by expected win chance before the snap; the letter is the share of the win chance your calls could swing that you kept, weighted by how much each decision mattered. Win probability shows how every snap moved your chances, and the postgame names your costliest call and the real coach who called it most like you.
